Located 300 meters from the train station to Lisbon, it is also an alternative to consider for guests who wish to visit Lisbon on a casual or daily basis, given the ease of travel by train to the center of the capital (approx. 30 minutes)

Dedicated to the poets who have always sung of Sintra and elected it as their inspirational muse, the Villa dos Poetas restores an old chalet initially built in the words of collective memory to house the Captain of the Queen's Royal Guard, with absolute respect for its origins and surroundings, integrating its historical legacy and the modern technologies that ensure the comfort of its guests. You can therefore get to know the direct pedestrian exit from the Villa dos Poetas to the Castle and to the Palace, and rest for a while in the oldest church in Sintra, as the Royal Captain once did.

During part of the last century, Villa dos Poetas was also the stage for regular meetings of several national and foreign poets, who organized gatherings where our guests now have their breakfast.
